Abstract:
Apparatus and method are provided for intelligently routing electronic messages to computers and pagers. Program code executable by a programmable controller is operative to monitor user activity at a computer workstation, for example. If the user appears to be at the workstation based on the detected activity of a computer workstation input device, the electronic message is forwarded to the computer workstation. If, however, no user activity is detected, the electronic message is forwarded to the users pager.

Abstract:
Referenced content is shared through collaborative business applications by detecting referenced content in an electronic communication. The referenced content references content stored in an external repository. The referenced content identifies a registered external repository connector. A determination is made whether an Access Control List (“ACL”) for the referenced content lacks an entry for a recipient of the electronic communication. Also an ACL entry is generated for the recipient in response to the recipient lacking an entry in the ACL for the referenced content. The ACL entry controls access to the referenced content for the recipient.

The present invention is a method, system and apparatus for managing external data sources in a discussion forum resource. A discussion forum resource can include at least one topic thread disposed in the discussion resource forum and created for externally sourced content in the discussion forum resource. The discussion forum resource further can include a data aggregator coupled to the topic thread and configured to manage the externally sourced content in the topic thread. Notably, the externally sourced content can include text, audio, imagery or video.

A method, system and apparatus for an integrated blog in a collaborative environment. In this regard, the collaborative environment can include a named collaborative space and one or more collaborative components disposed in the named collaborative space.
