This award is in recognition of your outstanding performance for the Generic Services on Demand Project. This project not only involved the creative and diligent work surrounding the development of vendor partnerships, agreements, SKUs, pricing, marketing and finances - but it also involved the detailed development of new platforms to sell, manage, and promote these services from an infrastructure standpoint.
This entire project required your absolute highest level of commitment and focus and tested your ability to bring together departments from across the company. You rose to this challenge and exceeded expectations.
You went above and beyond by balancing the needs of the business, IT, and vendors - with the added pressure of client demands and shifting priorities. Your commitment to a quality program and launch meant working many weekends, nights and even holidays to ensure this launch was successful. Through your interpersonal skills and professional demeanor, you motivated other peers to step-up their performance and truly made vendors bend their rules, change their procedures, and meet the aggressive and demanding requests of Assurant.
Your ideas and vision for the SOD project were key to making it a reality, but you also took constructive and sometimes late input with an open mind to make the program the best product it could be. Your positive attitude, flexible schedule, and diligence were paramount to the success of this initiative. Your commitment to this project has not only set-up EPS for growth and revenues from the SOD product, but it has also spanned across other business units where it can be a benefit to many businesses within Assurant.
