Philosophy:
Dr. Chou is not only a very well educated and trained eye physician and surgeon; she is also a very personable and caring doctor. She takes care of patients with all of her heart. She listens to patients, analyze the test results and takes time to examine the patients. Most importantly, Dr. Chou explains to her patients regarding what happened, what are the options and what are the pros and cons of each option. She also answers all the questions in a lay language. She is very thorough and meticulous. She will ask the test to be repeated if she feels the data are inconsistent. She will even sometimes do the test herself to make sure it is performed properly. She is conservative on surgeries, although she is very good at it. Sincere, caring, skillful and honest are the characteristics of Dr. Chou and her office staff.
