My name is Stan Reinford with Countrywide Home Loans. I have been a Home Loan Consultant for almost 16 years. I have helped many people to buy their first home, move up to a new one, buy second homes, investment properties, do Home Equities cash out to improve their homes, pay for the Once in a life time vacation, college, just to name a few. And just to show my age I have started to help the children of my clients to buy their first homes. I am the Only Person in PA that is a Member of Lenders Who Care, I have worked with clients through Habitat For Humanity, Interfaith Housing, BHI and a few others.<br />I am passionate about mortgages. There is nothing that moves me more than helping a person or family to buy a home and get a mortgage when they thought it was impossible. Sitting at the closing and seeing the tears of joy is why I do what I do. I started doing Sub-Prime loans in the early 1990’s when there was an Exit Strategy to those loans. What I mean is that there was enough equity in the home that if values did not increase and the borrower could not make their payments, that the lender could sell the home and hopefully break even.<br />The areas that I work in are primarily Bucks, Montgomery, Lehigh, Northampton, Carbon & Monroe Counties PA. I do work outside of these areas.<br />I am an expert in State & Local Grants for Down Payment and Closing Costs. <br />- Little & No Down Payment Loans <br />- The first member in PA for Lenders Who Care. An organization comprised of people who are committed to <br />making a positive impact on the mortgage industry and in the lives of homeowners across the nation. <br />- A Volunteer with Habitat For Humanity of Bucks County for several years.
