Philosophy:

Dr. Kazemi received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA, in 2005. He joined Sentara after performing his residency at Riverside Family Practice in Newport News from 2005-2008. Dr. Kazemi earned his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree at Idaho State University in 1999 after receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy, graduating with Honors and Distinction, from Ohio State University in 1993. Currently, Dr. Kazemi is Clinical Faculty of Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
