Philosophy:
There is only one rule in psychotherapy and that is to say whatever is on your mind. My goal therefore is to have open and honest communication with my patients so that this rule can be adhered to. That is, we need to have a working alliance that enables us to establish complete trust in one another. If one cannot say everything that is on one's mind then that is a goal to work towards because then and only then can we work together to resolve all conflicts in one's life, whether they be in areas of love (relationships) or work.
