Shay Hasselmann is the founder of The Shay Hasselmann Group at Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas. Shay has an extensive background in customer service from managing high volume restaurants all over San Diego, CA to Las Vegas, NV for over ten years. Always looking for new adventures and challenges, Shay decided to become a Federal Motor Carrier and opened BOC Trucking a long haul flatbed trucking outfit based in Las Vegas. BOC Trucking was a great success, but lacked the social interaction that Shay is passionate about.<br /><br />Shay found the real estate industry extremely rewarding and excelled rather quickly. Only being in the real estate industry for a little over a year, Shay was able to generate roughly $3 million dollars in revenue in his rookie season. In the first two months of his second year, Shay put almost $4 million dollars of real estate into contract. These numbers got Shay recognized as "Top Producing Rookie" and is currently ranked 15th in his office for overall production, but will soon climb into the top 5. <br /><br />Shay's passion and fresh forward perspective on the real estate industry is why he is quickly becoming known as one of Las Vegas’ premiere real estate agents. As a client you can expect nothing but the best. His number one priority is communication. Shay is sure to meet clients every need and strives to exceed in all areas. He is quick to communicate all details from every side of each transaction whether it is with the seller, the lender, new buyers, listing agents, buyers’ agents, or anyone else who can be included to help make each transaction smooth and exceptional.
