Abstract:
A portable stationary bicycle trainer comprises a main frame having a top end and a bottom end and having handlebars attached to the top end thereof. A support member having a first end and a second end is connected at its first end to the main frame. A plurality of pedals is rotatably engaged to the main frame at a position adjacent to the first end of the support member. An arcuately shaped base having varied topography that simulates outdoor variable-grade terrain is connected to the bottom end of the main frame and the second end of the support member. The portable stationary bicycle trainer simultaneously provides the user with leg exercise and core muscle strength training.
