Through the use of specialized therapies (including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT), I help you develop the ability to manage and express your thoughts and feelings, improve your relationships, get your needs met, extinguish the need for unhealthy behaviors, and develop a sense of internal completeness. I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist as well a psychotherapist.
