I was first licensed in 1995 but spent a few years away from real estate pursuing some other interests and returned again in 2006. Part of that time was spent working and supervising field crews for a mechanical contracting company and part was spent partnering with a good friend to start a small business in the community.<br/>As a result of these opportunities, I've gained valuable knowledge that helps me better serve my Clients in real estate. From working out issues and concerns to understanding how different systems of a home function, I'm able to guide them toward making informed decisions throughout the Buying/Selling process so they can feel comfortable from beginning to end.<br/>I have done a lot of remodeling work, deck building, landscaping projects, etc. and it gives me a different perspective to share with my Clients whether walking through a home to purchase or preparing a home to sell.<br/>I pride myself on "Quality Service" and strive to exceed the expectations of my Clients.<br/>My top priority...... is your bottom line!
