Philosophy:
Sergei V. Kashirny, MD, PhD earned his doctorate degree in neurology and his medical degree from Vinnitsa Medical University in Ukraine, where he also completed his neurology internship. He performed his internal medicine internship and neurology residency at Louisiana State University, where he also served as chief resident. He completed his fellowship in neurophysiology, EEG/epilepsy track, at Louisiana State University.
