Philosophy:
My philosophy towards patient care is simple and was instilled in me by my mentor: 'Give the patient what the patient needs.' In other words, by being a doctor, it is my responsibility and my privilege to treat my patients as individuals, providing them with unique care. I believe that every patient deserves an environment of respect and consideration that will nurture their path towards wellness. Yet our healthcare environment has changed, making it more challenging than ever for doctors to spend time with patients. Therefore, I believe that, by using technology and improving sytems, we will be able to continue to maintain the core interaction of modern medicine: The patient-physician relationship. I have dedicated myself philosophically and energetically to improving those systems, and I believe that my patients are receiving benefit from this approach. Ultimately, being a physician brings me great joy, and am indebted to my patients for allowing me to take care of them and their families. I look forward to doing this for many years to come!
