Philosophy:
Adaptive Behavioral Therapy is an evidence based approach to treatment and prevention of anxiety symptoms. This treatment has been created and developed by Dr. Denning in an effort to find a direct effect on anxiety symptoms through behavior which results from psychological, environmental, and relationship sresses. Dr. Denning combines the most recent research in neurology regarding the brain's adaptation to experience with practical tools to modulate anxiety and alleviate stress. This treatment method emphasizes the use of current behavior as a cue to restructure and develop new reactions to stress.
