Hello, I am Sara Anderson, a licensed Realtor happy to be with Arizona Team Realty. Licensed since 2003 I spent the first seven years of my career selling new homes with D.R. Horton. This was a wonderful experience that allowed me to work with hundreds of buyers through the purchase, financing, design and construction of their new homes. I have been involved in developing entire neighborhoods throughout the Metro Phoenix area. I moved to Arizona after graduating from North Dakota State University and have lived in the Northwest Valley for the past 20 years. A day trip can take me and my family to the beaches of Rocky Point, Mexico or California, Disneyland or the Grand Canyon. We also like to head north for a day of snow skiing and back home the same day to BBQ in the backyard. Living in Peoria we are just 20 minutes from Lake Pleasant and enjoy boating and skiing with family and friends. The excelling schools of the Peoria Unified School District have been a benefit to my children as well.Do you enjoy great sporting events, concerts and shopping? Glendale is home to the University of Phoenix Stadium, hosting the NFL’s Arizona Cardinals and next door at Jobing.com Arena is the NHL’s Phoenix Coyotes. Before or after the game you can shop, eat, or catch a movie at Westgate, does the YardHouse or Margaritaville sound good? For the outdoorsmen Cabella’s is across the street!! Spring Training Baseball for the MLB Cactus League is a huge draw to the West Valley cities of Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear and Maryvale. Arizona is known for great golfing and the West Valley is no exception, Blackstone Country Club and Trilogy are two premiere courses in Peoria’s community of Vistancia. The Loop 101 makes access to Arrowhead Mall, Desert Ridge Market Place and Scottsdale shopping quick and easy.
