I am a licensed Ph.D. marriage and family therapist. I maintain a private practice in Seattle, Washington. Over 20 years experience, my areas of expertise: relationship issues, conflict resolution, grief, loss, anxiety, depression, aging, pain managment, life transitions, family-of-origin issues, eating disorders, work and career issues, job displacements. I have presented at various Interrnational conferences speaking about therapy, pain managment, and hypnotherapy. AAMFT Approved Supervisor.. Meditator for over 25 years, & have taught meditation in different contexts.
I taught in a doctoral program for several years; currently an adjunct professor teaching online classes. My therapeutic approach provides support and practical feedback to clients to effectively address life challenges.
