Stress, anxiety, and depression diminish the quality of life. Serious disappointments or losses cause intense suffering. But even during the difficult transitions of life, new sources of meaning and purpose can be discovered. I help people who feel stressed, anxious, or depressed and offer support for those who are experiencing grief or loss, acknowledging each personal journey. I assist my clients in regaining confidence and a healthful level of assertiveness. As we work together, I welcome the exploration of my clients' faith and spirituality. I provide a safe, caring, and confidential relationship through which my clients can explore life experiences.
