About:
I have lived in the Monadnock region my whole life. My childhood was spent with my parents and siblings (2 brothers and 1 sister) on the family farm in Jaffrey. From there I moved to New Ipswich after getting married in 1972 and started my family and my family businesses. I have 6 children and now have 5 grandchildren with another on the way! The family is really starting to grow. :-)

My husband Ken and I started our new construction company, San-Ken Homes, Inc., in 1984 following Ken's years of experience as foreman of a local commercial construction company, Seppala &Aho Construction Co, Inc. based out of New Ipswich.

Shorty there after, in 1993, KSL Realty, LLC was born and has been growing ever since. In 1997 we purchased and rehabbed a town center landmark, the 1808 building. In July of 2005, KSL became a d/b/a, Re/Max Town Square and our office is located in the historic 1808 building in the center of New Ipswich.

Today, my husband and I, plus 4 of our 6 children (and grandchildren in real estate training), agents, and office staff run the family businesses. I am licensed to sell real estate in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Florida. My teams (local and in Florida) service buyers, sellers, and investors within a radius of southern New Hampshire, northern Massachusetts, and central Florida.
