Anyone who has met me understands that there is nothing ordinary about me -- especially related to your expectations of a "sales" person. I have been involved in the real estate world since the seventies when I managed a large rental complex. That experience was eye-opening -- and a major coup when I converted many of them to condos before the market went haywire.<br /><br />I learned to assist people in the decision making process by providing accurate information -- always -- to the best of my knowledge and research -- so that they could make informed decisions.<br /><br />I have been practicing my trade for many years. I am fortunate to have provided my services to clients who have been more than satisfied and have shown their trust by referring family and friends over the years. Thus, my business is based on about 95% referrals. However, new clients are always welcome.<br /><br />I am as concerned and delighted with the satisfaction of the client who is purchasing a $200,000 condo or a multi-million house. Below I will provide a bit of personal information. I have ventured into Needham a couple of times for housing opportunities.<br /><br />I have three sons (men now) who grew up in Newton. I have six grandchildren and consider myself the luckiest person on earth.<br />My formal education was limited to some college.
