I have been involved in the business of Real Estate for the past 30 years. I have experience in most aspects of real Estate. In this new 2009 ever changing world I hope to have the good sence to find out what I do not know. <br /> <br />I have served as a director for the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR) for 2 terms in the late eighties and early ninties. I was president of the local chapter of Women's Council of Realtors (WCR)1988 The state treasures in 1989. <br />I chairred the Public affairs committee for two years 1986-1988 <br />I was a member of various other committees. <br /> <br />I opened Nevada Network Real Estate in 1989 and became involved with the business of being a Broker. I continued to support the GLVAR by serving 12 years on the Professional Standards committee. Ethic & arbitration hearings and mediations. <br /> <br />I am a member of the Property management committee and NARPM. <br /> <br />My property management experience consist of investor turn arounds, mamagement of single family homes, condo's & townhomes.
