A polymer conetwork formed from the polymerization reaction of octyl-cyanoacrylate and a tri-telechelic star polymer comprising polyisobutylene terminated with cyanoacrylate groups (Ø(PIB-CA)), wherein the ratio of octyl cyanoacrylate to Ø(PIB-CA)is from about 10:1 to about 40:1.
