I was born and raised in good old Cleveland Ohio and as a result I am a die hard sports fan (there's really nothing else to do in Cleveland). I graduated from North Olmsted High School in 2002 where I spent my time causing trouble, playing sports, and hanging out with a group of people that have really become an extended family, all in all I had fun! From there I attended the Ohio Center for Broadcasting and worked in radio for what turned out to be the craziest 2 years of my life! It really opened doors and took me down a path that I hadn't expected but have cherished ever since, the wonderful world of Sales! <br /> <br />Sales has been my life for about ten years now. First I learned from the best in Cleveland with the station's sales department. I took that on the job training and applied it to the mortgage industry where I was a loan officer for about 4 years covering all of northern Ohio. It was there at age 21 where I first felt success as a leading producer in my region. I had never bought a house, and the only loan I ever had at the time was for my car, regardless of those things I fell back on what I was confident in and that's helping people accomplish there goals. My natural niche was first time home buyers as I was also young and could appreciate the stress of making your first major purchase. During my time as a loan officer I closed over 40 million dollars in loans and more importantly helped almost 1,000 clients obtain or in some cases maintain home ownership. As the challenges of the Northern Ohio economy grew larger I made a move to auto industry where I was a Finance Manager for a top producing dealership in the Cleveland area. I had the privilege of working with some of the most talented sales people and management out there. Though my heart was still with the Real Estate business I cannot discount the skills and friendships I built there and owe much of my success to them. After being with the dealership for a little over 3 years I had an opportunity to move to a warm weather climate and I took it! <br /> <br />I've been here in Bradenton, Florida since July of 2011 and I consider myself very lucky to be part of the Keller Williams Team.
