Ryan grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia, but has spent his adult life living within city limits. He has lived in Rittenhouse, Logan Square, and currently resides in Northern Liberties.<br /><br />Over the years, Ryan has developed an expansive knowledge of many and most of Philadelphia's financially and culturally diverse neighborhoods, but has always been drawn to the fast pace and downtown living of Center City, which has become his area of expertise.<br /><br />He is hard working, motivated, and trustworthy.
