For the last 13 years I have been full-time in the Real Estate industry. In 1996 I started a real estate/contracting company which I used to build and sell my first spec home. This business remained successful until the spring of 2000 when I made a strategic decision to relocate to Park City. I believed Park City to have great upside potential. I considered the upcoming Olympics, the funding which was in place to improve historic Main Street infrastructure and the proximity to an International airport. All these factors supported my move. The business success I’ve enjoyed in Park City over the last 10 years is more than I could have imagined.
