I am a partner on a journey toward healthier living, a pretty good partner. My clients cry, laugh (alot), and, over time, take a look at aspects of their lives (primarily the traumatic ones) that they have avoided for years, sometimes decades. They do this because they trust in our relationship, not because I am" the expert". We each learn and grow as a result of this partnership. We each are affected by the other. There is no stigma of mental illness allowed. We celebrate our successes.
