I have had experience counseling people of all ages and walks of life. The one thing I have found that ties each of us together is the innate desire to progress and better ourselves. In life there will be specific circumstances, life transitions, relationship dynamics and/or traumas that may require us to seek out support and understanding. I have dedicated my professional career in trying to do just that for my clients and their families. Therapy can be an intimidating venture, therefor I have built my profession in creating an environment that makes my clients feel comfortable and safe. I use an eclectic approach in deciding techniques and/or therapy styles to utilize in session. I have learned that therapy has to be as unique as the individuals/couples/families I treat
