Philosophy:
I tailor my treatment approach to meet my clients' individual needs. Using an integrated therapy approach, I have successfully worked with adults, very young children and families to resolve many issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, phobias and relationship difficulties. I believe that by providing a safe compassionate space clients can resolve problems and find answers. In addition to many traditional therapies, I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as a powerful therapeutic method to accelerate the treatment of reprocessing painful traumatic memories. Using an individualized approach for each client allows him or her to work through difficult emotional issues making his or her life more successful and relationships more enjoyable. I believe each of us has the ability to increase our personal level of happiness no matter our age or circumstances.
