Educational background in Engineering and Architecture. Worked with an Architectural firm for five years. Self employed Building Contractor for fifteen years. <br /> <br />Accepted the position of Seven Springs Mountain Villas Association Manager in 1981 while doing General (Building) Contracting work for Seven Springs Resort. Moved to the resort and along with property management obtained a Real Estate Agent's License in 1984. <br /> <br />Licensed as a Real Estate Broker in 1990 and Multi-Office Broker in 2003. Presently am Broker of Record with LD Custer Realty & Associates, Berlin, PA and Manager of the Seven Springs Mountain Villas Association. Along with my wife Alice, we are both involved in property management and real estate sales. <br /> <br />We enjoy antique automobiles and belong to several several antique auto clubs. Antique auto tours and shows are our favorite pastime.
