Repositionable Trigger System

US Patent:
2006001, Jan 19, 2006
Filed:
Jun 18, 2004
Appl. No.:
10/871828
Inventors:
Ronald Little - Florence MS, US
International Classification:
F41A 19/00
US Classification:
042069010
Abstract:
This invention replaces a stationary handgrip with a repositionable trigger system which allows the user to quickly reconfigure the trigger system to offset the trigger to either the right or to the left. This allows the user to protect his shooting hand from return fire from the enemy. A previous design from the inventor was a minimal exposure weapon which protected all of the shooter, with exception of the shooter's firing hand, by allowing the shooter from behind a wall or a corner. The present invention complements the previous invention as well as other weapons by protecting the shooter's hand.

Heated Pet Enclosure

US Patent:
6923144, Aug 2, 2005
Filed:
Dec 22, 2003
Appl. No.:
10/745186
Inventors:
Ronald B. Little - Florence MS, US
International Classification:
A01K001/02, A01K001/00
US Classification:
119482, 119448
Abstract:
This invention provides a pet enclosure designed to provide comfort for a pet in the winter season. The pet enclosure provides for shelter by allowing the pet to get out of the weather and then provides a warm bed to lie upon. This warm bed is comprised of a rectangular rigid plastic container, similar to a tall, wide, narrow gas can, which is recessed into the floor of the pet enclosure. An internal, totally submersible aquarium type heater is utilized to keep the water solution tank at a user-defined temperature. The tank is recessed into the floor and is effectively insulated on five of its six surfaces. The remaining top surface is covered by a fiber-filled pet bed. This bedding, when not compressed by the pet, acts as an insulator, trapping the heat in the container. When the pet lies on the bedding, the insulating value of the bedding is drastically reduced and the heat travels through the bedding and the pet is warmed. This provides for a comfortable warm area for the pet to enjoy on cold winter days.

Minimum Exposure Weapon

US Patent:
6901691, Jun 7, 2005
Filed:
Dec 1, 2003
Appl. No.:
10/724929
Inventors:
Ronald B. Little - Florence MS, US
International Classification:
F41G001/40
US Classification:
42118, 42 72, 42 7473, 42 7503, 42 7504
Abstract:
A proven military combat-type weapon with the stock removed therefrom converted to an improved tactical weapon by addition of retrofit assemblies which include a collapsible and bilaterally pivoting stock, a front stabilization system, and a sighting system. This improved tactical weapon has the characteristics of reduced exposure to enemy fire by allowing the operator to fire while under cover, and increased weapon stability by the utilization of the front stabilizer assembly. Utilizing this invention, the operator is able to shoulder support and fire the weapon with minimal exposure to enemy fire. Furthermore, by exerting force to (leaning against) the weapon stock, the weapon is pinned between the operator and the object (i. e. , wall, tree, etc. ). The amount of gun movement is reduced and the stability of the weapon is increased over a weapon which is only hand held when the gun is fired.

Heated Pet Enclosure

US Patent:
6868803, Mar 22, 2005
Filed:
Feb 2, 2004
Appl. No.:
10/770236
Inventors:
Ronald B. Little - Florence MS, US
International Classification:
A01K001/03
US Classification:
119498, 119482
Abstract:
A heated pet enclosure which allows for a heated area for a pet to lie upon during the cold weather seasons. The shelter utilizes its design to allow for the heating components to be packaged, shipped and displayed at the retail store utilizing minimum space. More specifically, the space which is wasted in a two piece plastic pet enclosure when an inverted roof section is placed in an upright base section, has now been designed and utilized to hold the necessary components for the heated pet enclosure. This new packaging innovation allows the heated pet enclosure to be packaged, shipped and displayed in a single grouping instead of multiple packaging.
