Interests:
One of the great interest to me is to work in bringing those within the skill and craft of heavy industry an opportunity, place and privilege to learn.. For many years I have worked with MSTI (ABC Gulf Coast Chapter / Educational arm ABC) in trying to help those that seek contiinual advancement in their desire to live and have a productive life. It has been something that has brought me much enjoyment and fulfillment in seeing each individual gaining in skilled craft education and develop into a workforce trained to perform each activity safe and do it professionally. In the developement of future leaders: It has been and is today, a joy to participate and watch those that are eager to become better leaders and managers. To have an opportunity to take them and develop them has been an ongoing passion. Great to see those who sought through the discipline of learning, listening and following best practices prepare themselves for better tomorrows. It is an art worth passing along!
