I have been in real estate since 1985 and have had the opportunity to work thru a multitude of market conditions. When assisting buyers and sellers I utilize that knowledge to help then achieve their goals thru educatiion and counseling so they can make informed decisions. <br /><br />My experience ranges from small condos to multi unit apartment buildings, fixer uppers to high end renovations, new construction and conversions. I have personally bought and sold both primary residences and investment properties of my own and fully understand the financial and emotional aspects of those roles. I continue to believe that real estate is one of the better investments out there, even for retirement.
