She has worked for Governor Jim Gibbons, Congressman Jon Porter, and Governor Bob Miller, and is the former Director of Advocacy and Communications for the American Heart Association in Nevada. Robin was instrumental in bringing Automatic External Defibrillators (AEDs) to State and County buildings and Nevada high schools. In addition, she has been recognized for her role in efforts to ban smoking in Nevada’s restaurants and other public locations. <br /> <br />Robin is a member of the Kiwanis of Southern Nevada and the Las Vegas Social Register. She has served on the boards of the Las Vegas Motor Speedway Childrens Charities and Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She is the founding member of Project Heartbeat, and the founding director of the Clean Indoor Air Alliance. Robin has been included in Distinguished Women of Southern Nevada.
