Abstract:
A device stack for fabrication of an isolation structure and methods of fabricating the same are provided. In one aspect, a method of processing a substrate is provided that includes exposing the substrate to a plasma ambient containing nitrogen and oxygen to form a nitrogen containing interface. An oxide film is formed on the nitrogen containing interface and a silicon rich nitride film is formed on the oxide film. The silicon rich nitride film is exposed to a plasma ambient containing oxygen to convert an upper portion of the silicon rich nitride film to silicon oxynitride. The optical properties of the nitride film are enhanced so that UV lithographic patterning of etch masking is improved.

The present invention provides for a method and an apparatus for implementing corrected species by monitoring state parameters in a manufacturing process. A process run of semiconductor devices is performed. Production data relating to the process run of semiconductor devices is acquired. The acquired production data is stored into a production database. A recipe management analysis is performed. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: a recipe management system; a first machine interface connected to said recipe management system; a processing tool connected to said first machine interface; and a fault detection system connected to said first machine interface.

Abstract:
This disclosure generally relates to systems and methods to validate in-game actions performed in a multiplayer online game. Subsequent to performance of one or more in-game actions by a game engine that includes game code on a client-side client system, one or more corresponding validation actions may be performed by a validation engine on a server-side validation system, the validation engine having validation code that is identical to the game code. Results of execution of the validation actions may be compared to provisional game state information resulting from performance of the in-game actions, to validate the in-game actions.
