Are you feeling stressed or depressed? Have you been feeling discouraged? Are you experiencing difficulties in important relationships in your life? There is a solution. My goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and supportive enviroment in which my clients feel free to explore the issues that bring them to treatment. I believe that when people are depressed or anxious it is because they feel a sense of disempowerment in their lives, and that together we can work to increase empowerment and, either resolve or manage these issues. When appropriate, I provide feedback, and teach and discuss ways of coping that can encourage change and reduce anxiety and depression.
