Abstract:
The invention provides a method for treating leukemia in a patient. The method comprises administering to the patient a substance that increases expression of folate receptor on leukemia cells in the patient, called a FR- inducer, and administering a folate-conjugated therapeutic that targets the leukemia cells in the patient.
