Philosophy:
Dr. Saad held a number of positions including Director of the Echocardiography Laboratory at Wilford Hall, Director of the Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship Program and, later, Chief of Cardiology, Chief of Cardiopulmonary Medicine and Director of the Cardiology Noninvasive Laboratory at Wilford Hall Medical Center.
From 1999 to 2002 he served as Chief Consultant to the USAF Surgeon General for Cardiovascular Disease.
While in private practice from 2002 to 2012, Dr. Saad has been the Medical Director of the Coronary Care Unit, Medical Director of Telemetry, Vice-Chief of Cardiology, Chairman of the Cardiology Clinical Review Committee, Chief of Cardiology, Secretary at large for Methodist Hospital, a member of the Medical Executive Committee at Methodist Hospital, a member of the Medical Board for Methodist Healthcare System, and Medical Director for Inpatient Cardiology Services at Methodist Hospital.
