Membership binds Robert to the organization's Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Practice and Conduct.<br/><br/>In 2004, Robert upgraded his Massachusetts real estate appraisal license from 'State Licensed' to 'Certified Residential'.<br/><br/>In 2007, Robert became a Massachusetts licensed real estate broker and re-named his residential real estate appraisal company; RequestforAppraisal.com.<br/><br/>In 2008, Robert created Be Happy! Realty; a Massachusetts residential real estate brokerage company.<br/><br/>In 2009, Be Happy! Realty became a Massachusetts licensed real estate broker.<br/><br/>In 2010, Robert designed, created and launched two (2) websites: behappyrealty.com and behappysupport.com.
