I suppose the "how" I came into real estate is irrelevant, looking back now it seems inevitable that I would be involved in the real estate business. I remember fondly, watching This Old House on PBS, as a kid growing up in NYC and even though I didn't fully comprehend everything on the show I was always fascinated by the marvelous transformation those old houses would undergo and then emerge into delightful new homes for their owners. Little did I know, one day I would be living in Boston and servicing some of these very same communities I saw on television as a kid.<br /><br /><br />I'm usually more excited than my clients to look at properties, because for me it's like opening a present. You never really know what you'll get until you walk through those doors. Some homes have an intangible quality, a certain je nes sais quoi, if you will, that can only be experienced by visiting it in person. That feeling you get that says this is home.<br /><br /><br />Ok, Ok, enough of me rambling on about unquantifiable things, now to the real question you want answered, is this guy qualified to handle my real estate transaction? drum roll please.... the answer is a resounding YES! <br /><br />I started my Boston real estate career with a small boutique brokerage firm in the North End. Then after many, many, way too many to count, transactions I pursued my interest in commercial real estate. I spent a couple years learning the commercial sector while simultaneously continuing in the residential side. Finally, for the past several years I've combined client representation in Commercial plus Residential sales and leasing, to be in my mind, what the all round agent should be.
