Philosophy:
I am a board certified psychiatrist in the full time office practice of psychotherapy. While I can and do prescribe medications, my major interest and success is in the area of insight oriented psychotherapy. My approach is collaborative, and I tend to work with individuals and couples who are well educated, employed, and invested in understanding and modifying symptoms that are a source of significant emotional or interpersonal distress.
