My job is to get you out of pain and feeling better as soon as possible. I use a combination of hands-on techniques and therapeutic modalities to treat your problem. At each visit you will receive instructions and/or exercises to do at home in between office visits. The more you do at home the less you will need to see me. This empowers you to take control and the lead in your recovery from neck or back pain, whether it is a new condition or a chronic problem that acts up periodically.
