Abstract:
A toilet seat lifter () having a flexible seat bar () securely positioned under a toilet seat (A) and aligned by a pair of clips at each end. A shaft () is securely pivotally connected at a top distal end to a side of the seat bar (). A foot pedal () is securely pivotally-connected at a bottom distal end of the shaft (). The foot pedal () has a foot pedal rocker (A) positioned approximately in a bottom middle thereof. The lifter is especially suitable for application to portable lavatories due to its low intrusiveness and easy assembly and disassembly. When a user pushes downwardly on the foot pedal (), the shaft () and seat bar () are raised to elevate the toilet seat (A).
