I promote active healthy lifestyles with an emphasis in healthy living and exercise. When treating injuries and joint conditions I take a conservative approach but will intervene with surgical procedures when necessary. My primary philosophy is to "keep you in the game". In addition to board certification in Orthopedic Surgery, I am board certified in Orthopedic Sports Medicine. I completed a sports medicine fellowship in Lake Tahoe and I am proud to provide highly specialized care for athletic injuries. Treatments include all arthroscopic rotator cuff repair and cutting edge techniques in ACL reconstruction, meniscus repair, and cartilage restoration. I also offer hip arthroscopy, a new and emerging technique for dealing with certain hip problems.
