I entered the real estate profession in 1976, and in a short time, was recognized for my expertise in marketing new home and condo developments for local builders. Later, I opened my own residential construction company, building 30-35 homes per year.<br /> <br />I also started a residential construction company for Bob Yost, where I was in charge of all facets of management and the design of sales and marketing plans. Later, I opened First National Mortgage Corporation’s loan operation in PA where I was responsible for new loan origination and overseeing of loan processing through underwriting and settlement. <br /><br />I continue to expand my education and now hold an Associate Broker license. I am a consistent multimillion dollar agent, and was awarded the Realtors Association’s Gold Achievement Award for excellence.
