I try to instill confidence in both my buyers and sellers by being on time, returning phone calls and texts and explaining the process every step of the way. <br /><br />At a very early age I began to understand and appreciate the value of real estate. <br />My father Val Dearden and his construction company has built a large portion of the Ogden, South Ogden, Riverdale, Washington Terrace area back in the 50’s to the late 70’s.<br />He acquired a great deal of real estate and taught me the importance of location with regard to value and agriculture. We moved to Palm Springs, CA where my brother got in to Real Estate so, I have been around a lot of real estate in the years till now being a Real Estate Agent myself now its wonder full knowing that I will make a lot of people happy with their first home.
