I am originally from a farm in Indiana. I moved to Florida in 1972, I guess I liked it so much I decided to just stay in good old sunny Florida. I have worked of course on the farm, then a couple of factories, construction when I first arrived in Florida up around Orlando, I was an engineer on the Rail Road for 13 years, then some more construction and then finally took my Real Estate exam and passed with flying colors in 1993. Abstract:

This invention relates to stabilization and propulsion of windsurfing and other floating boards such as surf boards. The invention consists of a modular device consisting of a seat and pontoon float unit fitted with remote controls by which a modified trolling motor can be used to steer and propel the board through the water.
