Over 15 years of mortgage sales experience. Ricardo started his career as a loan officer with Household International July 1997. Within 6 months Promoted to Senior Account Executive. Shortly after promoted to Assistant Sales Manager, until he took the reins of the Laredo Texas Office as Branch Sales Manager. During the 6 year tenure at Household , Ricardo was awarded Founders council honors, two national top 50 sales travel awards, and Circle of Excellence both as a Sales associate and a Branch Manager. Ricardo took on the role as a Team lead for Countrywide Full Spectrum Lending in San Antonio.<br/><br/>He then took the leap from retail to wholesale with an opportunity to work in the Rio Grande Valley as an Account Executive for Washington Mutual Long Beach Mortgage, and opened the territory for the renowned mortgage lender that specialized in Subprime mortgage lending.
