Philosophy:
I was drawn to the practice of rheumatology because it nurtures a close doctor-patient relationship. Diagnosing autoimmune and musculoskeletal disorders necessitates a careful history and physical examination. The patient is an active partner with the doctor in making decisions to help diagnose and treat rheumatic disease.
