I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I believe that helping individuals create a stronger mind-body connection allows them greater access to their innate healing capacities. Although I use traditional insight-oriented therapies in my work, I incorporate experiential approaches such as Somatic Experiencing and Internal Family Systems to promote deeper physical, emotional and spiritual healing.
