Philosophy:
I believe in the power of my patients helping themselves, as their first step toward better health. I'd prefer they first do the right thing for themselves, then use medications to augment the results. Often, however, medication is necessary from the beginning of care. I am a strong proponent of preventive care, and not opposed to complementary medicine alternatives. I enjoy patients of all ages, and knowing the entire family/system from which they come is important.
