Filipino-American born in Manila,Philippines. I came to the U.S.A. with my parents and two sisters in 1961. My father is a retired US Navy Veteran. My mother is a retired Beautician. Growing up I lived in San Diego CA, Jacksonville FL, Virginia Beach VA, Naples Italy, Baguio City, Philippines and in South San Francisco CA. Now in Las Vegas, since 2006. <br /><br />Attended Skyline College in San Bruno, Ca., CSM in San Mateo, Ca. and (CLC) Computer Learning Center of San Francisco. Worked at The Gap headquarters in San Bruno, Ca. Computer Operations, Production Control, Production Support, and Systems Support. After 11 years, I went to VISA International in San Mateo, Ca. Where i worked for another 11 years as a Technical Support Analyst, Data Storage Manager Analyst, QA Analyst, Senior QA Analyst, and Senior QA Analyst II. Received Merit Award for outstanding performance for creating automation. 2006 completed my real estate education. <br /><br />Married in 1980. Have 3 children, all grown and graduated from college. Annual VISA Star award: Automated test processing for building platform environments. Designed and developed a special compare tool for Division, which saved the QA tester hours per test run cycle. Developed an exec for company users to display, recall, migrate and recover files. Created utility exec to assist users with calculating space and sortwork allocations. Created batch job to list a current DASD volume inventory list for all six MVS enviroments in 3 different countries, also automated the defrag process. Implemented Technical Support Standards for online viewing. Created special monthly Change manangement and Info-Man reports with graphs. Utilized by management to assist in marketing. Automate the manual changing of the ndm's passwords. Reduced downtime and manual errors for the Banks.
