Even after living in Las Vegas for the past fifteen years, Randy Hatada is still a small town-boy at heart. Randy is a proud graduate of Waiakea High School on the Big Island of Hawai’i. He furthered his education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business, with an emphasis on Marketing. His education, experience, and passion enable him to enjoy a career in real estate. Randy is the Broker / Owner of Xpand Realty & Property Management. Randy is committed to building his business with the core values instilled in him by his parents as well as those embraced by the Hawaiian culture.<br />Another one of Randy’s passions is food. He is blessed to be a partner of multiple restaurants in Las Vegas and be a part of sharing Hawaii’s delicious food and culture with Las Vegas.<br />Through both endeavors and in his life, both personally and professionally, Randy strives to connect and support the local community as well as people who have invested or made the transition to living in Las Vegas. While he can attest that this transition can bring challenges along the way, he is confident in the fact that the road is paved by having the support and friendship of others traveling a similar path.
